Welcome to Dosbarth Celyn.

We are a class of busy Year 2 pupils.

Miss Jones is our class teacher and Ms Ayres, Ms Taylor are our Teaching Assistants.  Every other week we are taught by Miss Dando.

Learning takes place both inside and outside of the classroom so I need to remember to wear weather appropriate clothing to school e.g. a waterproof coat.

I should put my name on my jumpers and coats so that I can easily find them at the end of a busy day of learning. 

PE days are on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I should wear my PE kit to school on these days.

As I will bring home my reading books  on a Friday, please help me to return them to my teacher by Tuesday so that they can be changed.

Barry Island Trip

Our trip to Barry Island is on Thursday 25th April, please return consent letters to class by Friday 19th April and sooner if possible if ordering a school grab bag.

After School Clubs - Exciting News !

One of the after school clubs on offer for Year 2 this term will continue to be a girl's football club. It takes place on a Tuesday after school until 4 o'clock. School staff have undertaken training to deliver a programme developed by UEFA staff and we are very excited to be providing this opportunity for girls in yeras 2, 3 and 4.  For more information please contact Miss Jones.             Please continue to check on our school web page and school texts and emails for any changes to after school provision that may arise.
