In 2025, a new PTA group was formed to support the school. The focus of this is to arrange fun activities that help to raise money, as well as alleviating the time-strain on wonderful teachers who run exciting annual events. These include the Winter Fair, Summer Fair and ad-hoc events, such as Monster Balls, cake sales and tuck shops. The money raised goes towards more exciting events and the most pressing needs, be they football goals, leavers hoodies or transport for school trips. We are also working towards a longer-term larger goal of having play equipment/climbing trail on the school field.

The core PTA group meets every other Monday at 9am in the staff room (just come in through the school office), a lovely short, casual and friendly meeting - no skills needed. However we very much need volunteers for ad-hoc events - if you can even spare a couple of hours a year or term to help with an event that would be so helpful.

Parents/grandparents/guardians/carers etc. all very welcome! It is great fun to get to see your children taking part in activities with their friends. Would you be interested in volunteer here and there - whatever works for you? If so, please get in touch.
